REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Ridgetown and Area Adult Activity Centre {the Centre} is seeking bids from local lawn care businesses to provide lawn care at the Centre from 1 April to 30 November 2026. To submit a proposal please contact manager@ridgetownadultcentre.com
The following is the scope of work required during the term of the contract:

- Grass cutting and trimming every five to seven days depending on rainfall. The Centre has a sprinkler system which will be used during extended dry periods,
- Fertilizing in the spring and the fall.
- Spring and fall weed control,
- Leaf and debris removal on a weekly basis. The Chair of the Property Committee will coordinate the frequency, and
- Maintaining the mulching around the trees and beds,
- Winterize the Sprinkler System,
- Remove the Grass Clippings every third cut,
The Contractor must provide all equipment require to meet all the work required
Interested Contractors may contact the Centre to arrange for a date and time to view the property and discuss with the Property Manager any questions they may have.

The winning contractor will work closely with the Property Manager, Robert Clark. The level of service by the Contractor will determine whether the contract will be extended into the following years.
The contractor may not subcontract without the permission of the Centre.
